Dr. Lizbeth Hayes

Dr. Lizbeth Hayes was born and raised in Arizona. She graduated with a B.S. in Microbiology. After deciding she wanted to focus her efforts on pet care, Dr. Hayes earned her D.V.M. from Cornell University. After completing her residency in upstate New York, Dr. Hayes decided to return to her home state of Arizona and open her own practice, focusing on holistic veterinary services.

Allison Fairbanks

Allison Fairbanks is the welcoming front office support in our office. She has managed the day-to-day functions of Mesa Pet Hospital for the past 4 years and is dedicated to making our clients and patients feel welcome and relaxed.

Allison lives in Mesa with her husband and two dogs, Roger and Rabbit.

Andrew Zimmerly

Andrew Zimmerly received his RVT from Mesa Community College and has been our veterinary technician for three years.

With his friendly, warm personality, Andrew can help make any pet at ease. When he isn't in the office, Andrew enjoys riding dirt bikes, hanging out with friends, and caring for his cat, Felix.

Zoey Clemmens

Zoey Clemmens also received her RVT from Mesa Community College. She has been with our practice for a little over a year now and brings such enthusiasm and energy to patient visits.

Zoey owns a Dalmatian named Dot and a parakeet named Fluffkins. She enjoys spending her spare time with friends and family.
